We’ve stumbled upon a time capsule with this black on black 1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata. With only 40K miles, this bone stock roadster is in immaculate condition. Power comes from a 1.8-liter inline-four paired to a five-speed manual transmission. The car handles like it’s on rails and feels like a dream. The soft top is an added bonus for open air hooning through the twisties.

All features are functional and there are hardly any blemishes on this vehicle. The oh so 90’s pop up headlights add that iconic yet sporty feel to the already go-kart like car. Our buddy Charles is 6’3” and says he can comfortably drive the car which is quite impressive given the size of the vehicle. The interior is in perfect condition and features a four-spoke steering wheel which frames the dash including a tachometer with a 7,000-rpm redline, a 140-mph speedometer, and a six digit odometer showing 40k miles.
The 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 128 horsepower with 110 lb-ft of torque- while this doesn’t seem like a lot, the power to weight ratio is on point making this car a blast to cruise around in.

The Mazda MX-5 Miata is the first generation of the Mazda MX-5 manufactured from 1989-1997. Mazda gleaned inspiration from the Brit’s post-war era sports cars like the MG B and Triumph Spitfire. Since the debut of the MX-5, it has won numerous automotive awards and has become the world's best selling sports car.

Interior of the car is excellent and everything is functional.
Small areas of wear and tear are present but nothing major.
Surface mark on the carbon fiber center console.

Exterior of car is very clean, soft top roof is in great shape with no fading or tears. All exterior lights are functional.
No Spare tire included with the car, no curb rash on any wheels.

Up close up. Car looks fantastic!
The front hood does technically open as a traditional Corvette, however on this vehicle the entire top pivots not the false square you see on the hood.
The soft top is still in great shape, no sun fading.
All lights on car work
Engine bay looks moderately clean, no cracked plastic.
Note the air filter is attached to the hood and there is 2 of them..
Interior of car is a 8/10 no major scars could use a good cleaning
Stitching is all intact no frayed pieces
No Spare tire included with the car, no curb rash. Lots of brake life left.
