Overview

The 2014 Audi R8 V10 Plus was the pinnacle of Audi's performance lineup at that time. It’s a mid-engine supercar powered by a 5.2L V10 engine producing 550 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. The R8 V10 Plus can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 196 mph.

This sexy Bavarian is a plus model – no that does not mean she’s extra tall with wide hips. On the contrary this car is incredibly nimble. The plus package adds an upgraded gearbox, race inspired suspension and an extra 25 horsepower. You also get an assortment of elegant carbon fiber bits not found on the standard R8, including the air intake panels, interior door pulls and side view mirrors, just to name a few.  Driving the R8 for our photoshoot was a delight. It feels incredibly capable and well-balanced. The V10 makes fantastic noises and accelerates with ease. We think this might be the most sensible supercar you could live with on a day to day basis.
