2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR

T-5R don't hit the market very often. When they emerge they tend to be garage queens or clapped-out daily drivers.

highlights

This is a single owner Evo with prior registration in the Pacific Northwest and Colorado. This Evo X MR features a Sport Shift 6 Speed transmission (SST). The lightweight dual clutch gearbox ensures the correct gear is pre-selected in anticipation of your next shift. The current owner describes the Evo X as a "robust vehicle -- that's so drivable. The seats are incredibly comfortable; it's well put together, and the driving dynamics are insane — it will out-drive anything shy of a GTR. It's the perfect Colorado car. Torque vectoring AWD is amazing on the snow." The build shows attention to detail with an emphasis on reliability. The car is currently setup with a conservative tune and comes with both a Tactrix and Cobb AccessPort. The tune on Tactrix makes between 400-500 whp on stock internals.

heritage

Born from a rally heritage, the Lancer Evolution X was the last Evolution to be produced before being entirely discontinued at the end of 2016. The Evo X features an updated 2.0L all-aluminum alloy inline-four cylinder turbocharged 4B11T motor. The MR features the snappy 6-speed Twin-Clutch Sportronic Shift Transmission with steering-mounted magnesium alloy shift paddles. The sharp looks of the car are both sporty and modern. With the discontinuation of Evo's as we know them, this car is sure to be highly sought after in years to come.
