1993 Alfa Romeo 164 3.0 V6 S
Location: Teramo, Italy
The 164 was part of the Tipo Quattro project, a platform shared by Alfa Romeo, Saab, Lancia, and Fiat. The Saab model became the 9000, the Fiat model became the Croma, while Lancia's version became the Thema. All three launched before Alfa's 164 did in 1988, however, the 164 didn't arrive in the States until 1990, four years after the Saab 9000 debuted here. The S or sport version was equipped with the twin spark 3.0 V6 engine and made 183 horsepower.
This particular example features a lovely combination of red and gray with a clean black leather interior. The headliner is sagging but it’s to be expected with cars from this era. We love it for its definitive 90’s styling and would enjoy driving it around Italy before shipping it home.
