Overview
The Macan Turbo has a 400-hp twin-turbo 3.6-liter V-6, all-wheel drive, and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. While the base Macan makes do with a 252-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, the Turbo ups the ante to 400 hp with a bigger deplacement 3.6-liter six cylinder engine.
Accelerating from zero to 60 mph is achieved in 4 seconds with a top speed of 169 MPH. Road grip for a compact SUV comes with a very impressive 0.91 g of lateral acceleration. Car & Driver praised the Macan Turbo when they wrote, “Not only is the Macan among the quickest and stickiest in its class, it’s also the most satisfying to drive at any speed.”
This particular Macan is outfitted with attractive 21” 911 Design Turbo wheels and tires that won’t need to be replaced any time soon. It also has the Premium Package Plus which includes: cornering lights, speed-dependent headlight range control, front and rear heated sport seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel, front seat ventilation, automatically dimming interior and side mirrors, proximity entry system, electrically operated panoramic roof, and power front seats with 14-way power adjustments with memory.

History & Maintenance
This two owner MacanTurbo spent time in Ohio and California before coming to Colorado. The CarFax report shows regular maintenance history and we just completed a routine 85K mile service interval at Euro Garage in Denver, CO. Originally stickered at $85,000 this Macan offers performance, value and practicality!
Heritage
While the Macan is a relatively new model in Porsche's lineup, its heritage can be traced back to the Porsche 959, the company's first four wheel drive vehicle. They adapted a road going car for off-road use and it went on to win the grueling Paris to Dakar rally in 1986.
Though not a direct descendant of a specific Porsche model, the Macan embodies the brands core DNA of performance and innovation:
-
Performance: Like its sports car siblings, the Macan prioritizes driving dynamics and agility. It's designed to deliver the thrill of a Porsche in a more practical package.
-
Luxury: The Macan offers a premium interior and features, reflecting Porsche's commitment to crafting luxurious vehicles.
-
Innovation: The Macan represents Porsche's adaptation to the growing SUV market while maintaining its focus on advanced technology and engineering
Essentially, the Macan is a testament to Porsche's ability to evolve and expand its product range without compromising its core identity. It's a Porsche for those who need the versatility of an SUV without sacrificing the driving experience.

Interior A+
The interior of the Macan presents very well. It’s clean and free of any glaring defects. The vehicle is outfitted with all weather mats and all of the buttons, gauges, work as intended.
Exterior A+
The Macan’s exterior presents well with a handful of flaws including: headlight lens covers have not aged well and appear somewhat cloudy, there are a handful of small paint chips on the leading edge of the front bumper/hood, some curb rash can be seen upon close inspection of the wheels
Mechanical A+
This Macan Turbo runs and drives as it should. The engine pulls hard, and the transmission shifts smoothly. There are no discernible squeaks or rattles, nor any mechanical sounds to worry about.

Photographer's notes
My time spent with the car seemed to come to an end quickly. I in fact, grew fairly attached to it and could definitely see myself driving one on the regular. Perhaps someday! Porsche just knows how to make great cars. Sport mode makes zipping around quite enjoyable with the added fidget factor of the paddle shifts, and the car really pulls nicely and stops on a dime. The Macan Turbo is the definition of what a daily driver should be. Comfy enough for longer trips, roomy enough for last-minute grocery trips, and quick enough to pass or get off the line when you really need to get somewhere.
