2,891 RS2's were built but just180 examples produced in Ragusa Green. Our partner in Denmark currently owns the car and is preparing it for sale with a new timing belt and water pump, he's replacing the headliner and changing all fluids. He reports the car previously belonged to the owner of a Ferrari dealership in Monaco and was occasionally driven by his wife.
What makes this 1994 Audi RS2 so special? For starters, it's the first vehicle to bear the "RS" badge, which stands for "RennSport" or "racing sport" in German. The RS2 was also a joint venture between Audi and Porsche, with the latter providing some of the engineering expertise that went into its design and production.
Under the hood, you'll find a 2.2-liter inline-five-cylinder engine producing 311 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to all four wheels with a six-speed manual transmission, making for an exhilarating driving experience. The RS2 blitzes to 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds, with a top speed of 162 mph.
But the 1994 Audi RS2 isn't just about speed and performance. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and stylish interior, with supportive Recaro leather seats and a classic Audi dashboard.
